We changed to front page to point to the proposal and replaced the first few paragraphs by the new abstract. Erik is gonna do the fonts + layout next week.

functional design

• The architecture proposal has been agreed on and put online.
• The proposal will be send out for discussion and comments today
• Comments will be done through iframe to a twiki comment plugin

Rescheduling

• Robin installed a calendar twiki plugin for his hours

Blog

• We need a blog where Robin can post progress. There will be categories/tags and only the news tag will be showed on the frontpage. There should be a possibility to comment on each post.

Various

• Robin started oscar (open search collaboration a? r?), a customized httpd daemon in c. Extended with funny stuff like persistent connections, MIME types, some stuff from apache. GPL.
• We have to keep an eye on the licenses of the software we use
• Robin and Koen will agree on a way of keeping track of hours
